Mickey Williams, SCRP, GMS, President & CEO - email me
Mickey is President and CEO of Capital Relocation Services, headquartered in Sterling Va. During his diverse 26-year relocation career, he has had experience in and managed all aspects of relocation management including corporate and government program management, client development, sales and marketing, supplier relations, asset management and consulting. He has held senior management and ownership positions in the relocation management sector for the last twenty-one years. Mickey is a committee member of Worldwide ERC's Procurement Task Force and has worked extensively with Worldwide ERC's Coalition - The Center for Government Issues. He received his BS degree in Psychology from Union University and served as an officer in the U. S. Marine Corps.

George Herriage, SCRP, GMS, Vice President, Client Development
George has been involved with real estate since 1974 and in relocation management since 1985. He has held positions in all aspects of service delivery, inventory management, business development and client relationship management. George is part of Capital's senior management team. He is a current member of Worldwide ERC's Industry Advisory Council and has been a frequent speaker at relocation conferences and supplier meetings. George is currently responsible for client development for Capital's corporate and government business.

Nicole Overholt, CRP, Manager, Client Financial Services
Nicole has over 8 years experience and a wide array of knowledge in the relocation management industry with a strong emphasis in expense management and client relations. Her expense management experience is all encompassing and includes duties that ranged from actual expense auditing and processing to supervising an expense management department including the review and approval of all payments made on behalf of clients. In addition, Nicole was responsible for relocation tax related matters including the calculation of gross-ups and corresponding with clients and transferring employees regarding questions and issues and for transition of new clients including policy review and recommendations.

Terry J. Gothard, Senior Project and Operations Manager
An experienced project and operations manager in corporate services prior to joining our company, Terry is a senior professional in our industry-unique Knowledge Management organization. The mission of the Knowledge Management group is to ensure that our employees, our clients and the transferees that we serve have the right information, at the right time so they can act in the most efficient and productive manner. Terry also holds a BA in Business Administration and an MBA with a specialization in Information Systems

Joe Torres , Director of Financial Services
Joe Torres is a CPA and graduate of Rutgers University. He holds a GMS and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics with an Accounting /Finance emphasis. He brings to Capital Relocation Services extensive experience in Finance and Accounting, having held multiple leadership roles in his field.

Joe effectively shoulders key financial responsibilities for Capital, including budget preparation, cash forecasts, financial statement preparation and cash management.  
He leads the Capital Finance/Accounting team involved with transferee expense management, procurement, billing and monthly Accounting and Financial Reporting.

Joe reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer on all accounting-related matters. Joe coordinates the year-end close process and monitors the completion and accuracy levels of client’s financial reports, year-end audit package reporting and other pertinent financial related duties.

Tamara Bianchi, CRP-Director, Client Development
Tamara's diverse experience in the world of corporate relocation began in 1987, after two years as a residential real estate sales agent in Massachusetts. She has worked directly with transferring employees needing varying degrees of assistance based on their company relocation policy, managed the resale of unique and critical properties, and held key roles in the group moves for many well known Fortune 500 companies. She has been the account manager for corporations in an array of industries including defense, retail, utilitities, engineering and railroad. She has held the ERC Worldwide Certified Relocation Profressional (CRP) designation for ten years.

Tamara's key accountabilities include leading Capital's "Trusted Advisor" and "Customer Intimate" initiatives with government agency clients, monitor customer requests, comments and concerns to ensure that appropriate follow-up or progress is undertaken and that customer care standards are adhered to.
