Partner, President & CEO: With Capital since 2002, Mickey acts as the “chief customer officer” by allocating the right resources to his core customer groups—clients, employees, transferees, suppliers, and affiliates— to reinforce Capital’s values, culture, and vision, as well as return value to his shareholders.
For nearly three decades, Mickey’s has managed all aspects of the relocation management business in both corporate and government business sectors. He’s held senior management and ownership positions for most of his career and held positions in WORLDWIDE ERC’s (WERC) Real Estate Coalition and Procurement Task Force.

George Herriage, SCRP, GMS
Vice President, Client Development: Since
1985, George has held positions in all areas of the relocation
management industry in both corporate and government sectors,
and has over 30 years of real estate experience. George is a
member of the WORLDWIDE ERC's (WERC) Industry Advisory Council
and is a frequent speaker at relocation conferences and supplier
meetings. He is also a member of the WERC Certification Review
Board and is serving his 4th year on the Worldwide ERC Global
Workforce Symposium Planning Committee.
At Capital, George‘s range of responsibility is client-centric,
as well as operational. George is responsible for client
development support for corporate and government clients. He is
also responsible for service delivery to transferring employees.
Internally, George is in charge of staffing and training for the
client development and relocation management teams. He has
ultimate responsibility for inventory and supplier management,
as well as other day to day operational activities.
David Macpherson, CRP
Vice President, International: David’s role spans all aspects of international relocation from Global Policy Development to Cultural Support and Settling In Services with a specialty in international logistics, operations, and customer service. He is active in the WORLDWIDE Employee Relocation Council (WERC), has been instrumental in the planning of the annual Global Symposium, as well as moderating and speaking at the same event. David maintains memberships in good standing with Fidi, HHGFFAA, and AMSA, ensuring that Capital’s network and guaranteed high levels of service reach all four corners of the globe.
David is originally from Scotland. He’s worked and lived in London, New York, Toronto, Chicago and Washington. As an expatriate himself, with over 25 years experience in international relocation, David has a diverse and holistic view of the relocation industry.
Tamara Bianchi, CRP
Director, Client Development: Tamara’s experience in the relocation industry has spanned 23 years. She has in-depth experience and knowledge in both transferee service, as well as account management for large and small companies with diverse levels of policy complexity. Tamara was instrumental in ensuring the Federal Government (GSA) service team at Capital provides effective, front line customer-centric service to the agency contacts, transferees, suppliers and internal customers.
Tamara’s most recent role is that of managing the client development support and marketing team. This includes such activities as managing proposal responses, communications standards, client annual reviews, customer satisfaction surveys, internal and external reporting, supplier management and web maintenance. Tamara is a two-year member of WORLDWIDE ERC’s Mobility Editorial Committee and will be receiving a Meritorious Service Award in the spring of 2008.

Rick Bruce, CRP
Director, Client Development: Rick has been in the relocation industry since 1980 and has a broad range of experience including Inventory Management, Global Client Services, Client Development, and Operations. He has extensive experience in International move management and organizational development.
Rick is responsible for client support and service delivery to a portfolio of corporate clients. He holds a Masters Degree in International Business from St. Mary’s college and a B.A. in Economics form the University of Rochester.
Barbara Miller, CRP, GMS, CRB, GRI, ABR, PMN, SRES, e-PRO
Director, Client Development: Barbara has 25 years in the relocation industry. She has held leadership positions in several relocation management companies including her most recent work as Broker & Supplier Manager, Real Estate Services for a relocation services company.
Barbara is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors, Council of Residential Brokers and the North Texas Relocation Professionals. Barbara also holds the NAR designation “At Home with Diversity”. Her responsibilities include inventory management, client development, revenue management, and client implementation.
John Reeves, CRP
Director, Client Development – Government: John is responsible for transferee service delivery and client support for Capital’s federal government clients. He has over 18 years experience working for the government sector in relocation and uses that experience in a pivotal leadership role at Capital.
John earned his Master's Degree from American University in Information Systems and has in-depth experience in business process design and implementation. John also holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Morehouse College.
Chris Finckel, CRP
Assistant Director, Client Development: Chris joined Capital Relocation Services from Primacy Relocation. Chris has over 15 years of experience in relocation. He’s held positions such as Director of Relocation, Client Relations Director. Chris managed a team of subject matter experts in relocation appraisal review, property inspection, title examination, real estate inventory acquisition and disposition.
At Capital, Chris oversees all aspects of the relocation process, including reviewing relocation policies, conducting monthly and quarterly client report meetings and overseeing all daily account activity. Chris' commitment to strong, rewarding client relationships and superior level of individual service adds great benefits to Capital, the client corporations, and as their transferees. Chris earned his CRP designation in 1999.
Joe Torres, CPA, GMS
Director, Financial Services: Joe effectively shoulders key financial responsibilities for Capital, including budget preparation, cash forecasts, financial statement preparation and cash management. He leads the Capital Finance/Accounting team involved with transferee expense management, procurement, billing and monthly accounting and financial reporting. Joe coordinates the year-end closing process and monitors the completion and accuracy levels of client’s financial reports, year-end audit package reporting and other pertinent financial related duties.
Joe is a CPA and graduate of Rutgers University. He holds a GMS and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics with an Accounting /Finance emphasis. He brings to Capital Relocation Services extensive experience in Finance and Accounting, having held multiple leadership roles in his field.
Nicole Overholt
Assistant Director, Client Financial Services: Nicole joined Capital in June of 2004 after seven years with a global relocation management company. Nicole brings a wide array of expense management knowledge and all encompassing relocation experience to Capital and our clients. Nicole manages Capital’s expense management department, and her duties include reviewing and approving the departments day to day expense report and invoice processing, tax gross-up processing, and consultative policy and relocation tax recommendations to Capital’s clients. These responsibilities and her strong emphasis in client development make Nicole a valuable asset to Capital’s management team.
Jim Finch, CRP
Director, Operations: Jim joined Capital in 2007 after over 30 years in real estate related businesses, including 12 years in the relocation industry. Jim has managed the Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club relocation team since 1996. In his current role, Jim manages the Capital operation on-site at Wal-Mart, and has ultimate responsibility for the Wal-Mart team staff.
As a valued member of the Capital management team, Jim provides input to the overall operation of Capital Relocation Services. He holds a B.A. in Architecture from the University of Arkansas.
Terry J. Gothard
Director, Project Management: Terry holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an MBA with specialization in Information Systems. He is a senior professional in the relocation industry and brings unique knowledge management to our organization, as well as our customers. Terry conducts business process reengineering, process improvement, continuous improvement, TQM and Project Management for Capital and our customers. As a key implementation and account management liaison, Terry is also responsible for the development and production of client reporting, and action-oriented analysis of client information on an ongoing basis.
