In her role as CFO for CapRelo, Patti’s approach to enhancing our use of data for decision-making, is driven with a focus on establishing an analytical framework that supports financial projections, financial analysis, and client profitability. Her unmatched strengths lies in the ability to build the bridge between operational and financial interdependencies, stretching over to the business development sales cycle, with effective communication skills. Patti drives cross-functional teams who design and implement proactive and efficient pricing that meets each client’s specific needs, and results in mutual prosperity for both CapRelo and our valued clients.

Patti holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a CPA. Her background includes executive leadership positions in both banking and relocation, with demonstrated success in designing and implementing measures-based process improvement and developing efficient data-gathering and reporting systems to support fact-based decision making.
When not creating improved pricing models, you can find Patti in the pool – as a previously competitive swimmer or just splashing around with her granddaughter.
