A tech savvy visionary, President and CEO Barry Morris ensures resources are aligned to deliver value to the company’s core global customer groups – clients, transferring employees, suppliers, affiliates and CapRelo’s own staff.
Joyce Frye, our COO, has over 30 years of experience, and her range of experience includes: Global Client Services, Strategic and Operational Development, Client Development, and both U.S. Domestic and International Operations.
David Harris, our CFO, oversees business performance and strategic growth. Managing the finances of the company, he serves as controller and treasurer, spearheading financial reporting, transparency, accounting, investing, long-range planning, and corporate and strategic development.
As CIO, Paul McCullough manages a network that supports over 350 users across multiple locations and time zones. He has been able to design systems that enhance customer experiences and provide measurable results to the bottom line.
VP, Human Resources
Andrea Bunch, VP Human Resources, works closely with business leaders to align strategic objectives with employee development and management of human capital. She delivers value-added service to management and is an employee champion.
VP, Global Client Services
VP Global Client Services Mark Woelfel brings a high level of customer service linked closely to technology solutions, rigorous compliance, and a high-value supply chain. Mark is charged with expanding our international offerings.
Donna Garcia, Director of Finance, Controller, leads the team involved with transferee expense management, billing, accounting and financial reporting. She confirms the accuracy levels of clients’ financial reports and year-end audit reporting.
Director, Information Systems
Wesam Sarsour, Director IT Supporting Operation, is responsible for process improvement, automation, business continuity, data security and emergency response as well as system architecture and database administration.
Sr. VP, Global Business Development
Scott Esser is the Sr. Vice President of Business Development and Sales at CapRelo. He is responsible for new customer acquisition and business development. Prior to CapRelo, Scott was the Sr. Director of Sales for 11 years at Polycom where he managed public sector sales for the East US.
Steven Adair Jr.
Steven Adair joins the CapRelo team as VP of Operations where he is responsible for maintaining and improving the support and management of corporate and government accounts for CapRelo’s portfolio of clients.
