Andrew (Andy) Doane

Andy joins us as Vice President of Human Resources, reporting to COO Chad Marston. He brings more than three decades of experience leading transformational people strategies across Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, and complex global organizations — most recently as Senior Vice President of HR at CACI International, where he oversaw HR operations and benefits strategy for more than 24,000 employees. He also held senior executive roles at the National Reconnaissance Office and served with distinction in the United States Air Force. Andy takes over from Andrea Bunch, who recently retired after years of dedicated service building the strong culture and team we are proud of today. Andy’s depth of experience and his focus on aligning talent strategy with business objectives make him exceptionally well-suited to build on Andrea’s legacy and help us continue attracting and retaining the best people in our industry.
