LaQuita is CapRelo’s resident global compensation guru, with oversight of a team of compensation consultants in the U.S., India and China. This critical team services various compensation functions such as cost projections, payroll reporting of allowances/deductions, reconciliation, shadow payroll and reporting of earning statements.
With over 20 years of experience in global mobility, LaQuita understands the importance of tax compliance and accuracy in compensation reporting which ensures accurate data for tax preparation.
During her career, LaQuita has managed accounts from high-volume clients of 2,500+ international assignees to small clients. Regardless of the size, LaQuita has been able to streamline processes, enhance efficiency and increase accuracy in reporting.
LaQuita holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Phoenix and an MBA from Texas A&M Commerce.
