Stephanie is a connector – connecting your employees to the perfect solution for their need. She manages the end-to-end lifecycle of EMEA-bound assignments, providing expertise, consultation and cost estimates to HR partners and key stakeholders. Working closely with the regional service partners to ensure service excellent, clients and transferees love Stephanie’s attention to detail for seamless move management, reporting and implementation.
Stephanie has over 10 years of experience in the global mobility industry. Prior to lending her expertise to our industry, Stephanie was a lecturer and researcher at Nelson Mandela University studying the cultural adjustment of global assignees and their families. She holds a master’s degree in anthropology from Nelson Mandela University and a Bachelor of Journalism from Rhodes University.
Having moved internationally 4 times herself, Stephanie truly understands what relocating employees and their families go through, meaning that she manages each move with empathy and care.
